A TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL CARPENTERS
Hello, dear visitors of the page www.izbaru.ru. We thank you for the interest in our work. Our company is engaged in production of qualitative, handmade wooden log cabins
made with the traditional, checked by time technologies. We aim to be better and more perfect therefore we will be grateful for your wishes and feedbacks.
The wit and honor of our team is Nikolay Maltsev. His participation in the project serves as a guarantee of high-quality work. The big knowledge accumulated during 20 years of dedicated service to the carpentry is a distinctive feature of the master. There are more than one hundred followers under his management, the carpenters who learned the bases of the Norwegian and Canadian technology of log building at school "Taiga" in the village Sokolskoye of Nizhny Novgorod Region and those who can successfully realize the carpenter's skills received from him in many regions of Russia and the European countries today.
The pupil of the legendary Norwegian master George Fuller, the repeated winner of carpenter's competitions, today becomes a legend himself for all the beginners in the carpentry.
The leading expert of the Russian log building Alexander Kostiunin has made his first log cabin in far 1986, at the time of Perestroika. Since then with the help of his axe he had made more than 200 objects of varying complexity. Besides the log cabin "in a groove"( a connection of logs in the corners is conducted with an overlap) and "in a paw"( all logs have to be identical diameter and the ends of logs aren't jet out) he knows the Canadian and Norwegian technologies. The powerful look and quiet temper helps a lot to form a favorable atmosphere in the team.
The accuracy and speed which Evgeny Maltsev uses to work deserves a special attention. Fifteen years of work the most part of which has passed in the team of the famous Russian carpenter Yury Milykh makes itself felt. An excellent worker and demanding master carpenter who doesn't tolerate the superficial attitude to work.
Oleg Siniukov, after the termination of the Faculty of Economics and Law of the Plekhanov Russian University of economics has been sent for studying for the techniques of making the log cabin according to the technology of Norwegian and Canadian «groove» which he has successfully learned. A thorough practice has allowed "to become proficient" and to learn the secrets of carpenter's skillfulness with the care of experienced preceptors. The gained knowledge and skills allow dealing successfully with organizational matters and negotiations with suppliers and customers.
